1. Cancellation of Services:
- Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel their services at any time before the scheduled consultation or program start date. To cancel, the client must notify the consultancy firm in writing (via email or a written form).
- Firm-Initiated Cancellations: In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the firm’s control, the consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and a rescheduled date or full refund will be provided based on client preference.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- Prepaid Services: If the client has prepaid for services and chooses to cancel:
- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 48 hours but before the service has been delivered.
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made after the service has been rendered or if the client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.
- Package Refunds: If the client purchases a service package, refunds will be calculated based on the services already provided. If multiple sessions have been delivered, a refund will be issued only for the remaining unused services, minus a cancellation fee.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation, and let you know if your cancellation was approved or not. If approved the client shall be refunded on the original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Certain fees, such as assessment fees, consultation preparation, and administrative costs, may be non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
- Any third-party service fees (e.g., background checks, resume printing) that are paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

- Refund requests made due to dissatisfaction with the consultancy services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued if the client feels that the service was not delivered as described or agreed upon. In such cases, clients must submit a detailed explanation within 14 days of the service delivery.
